Happy Dance Yard Sign Rentals Terms & Policies



By ordering and purchasing a rental package you are agreeing to the following policies:

1) Payment is required in order to hold and reserve a date for delivery. We accept Paypal, credit and debit cards.

2) All signs and stakes are the property of Happy Dance Yard Sign Rentals. You as the renter will be responsible for any damages or losses to our signs/stakes while on your property. Each piece is valued up to $30 per piece and we reserve the right to charge your card for any losses or damage that are incurred. Signs should NOT be sat on, climbed on, played with, or leaned on – they will NOT hold any type of body weight. Please keep all pets and animals away from signs. Please keep lawn mower, trimmer, etc away from signs. Our signs should not be moved or taken down by renter – if there is a problem or they need to be removed early please contact us for removal. We are not liable for any injuries incurred by renter’s attempting to take down signs on their own after they are set-up.

3) Grassy front or side lawn area is required for set-up.

4) We deliver and set-up your sign package within a 15 mile radius of Telford PA. 18969. This radius is included in your package price. For special exceptions to this radius contact us with your zipcode and we will determine if we can accommodate your request with extra payment for extra mileage.

5) Our hours for set-up and take-down are between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm Monday through Saturday. No Sunday services. You will be given an appointment for set-up. 

6) If there is an HOA at your location please make sure ahead of time they allow such a display to be temporarily set-up without any issues. If you live in gated community please make sure we have proper access to get into development.

7) Adverse weather conditions- If there is bad weather such as excessive high winds, tornados, lightning storms, snowstorms, etc that prohibit us from setting up your display on the date reserved you will have a choice of full refund or rescheduling your date.

8) Cancellations ( other than weather conditions) If you need to cancel your order the day before delivery we will refund ½ of your order. If you cancel the day of scheduled delivery there will be NO refund given. If you cancel during the 48 hour rental period after set-up there is NO refund. We also can not give a refund if an incorrect address is given to us. We can not give a refund if a gated community will not give us access to property – needs to be arranged ahead of time by renter.

9) A member of the recipient’s property must be notified ahead of time of this scheduled delivery so someone from the property is aware of this rental. We do not want to be accused of trespassing, putting out unwanted signage in their yard, etc.

10) We reserve the right to put up a small attractive sign advertising our business during the rental period as part of your display.
